m e e t t h e f o u n d e r sTina and Kamran started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2015, both seeking for a fun way to lose some weight and learn self-defense. It did not take long for BJJ to define a new way of life for them. After competing at several tournaments, they became fascinated with finding another way to bring people together in the BJJ community. Looking for a way to combine the elements of competition, open mat, and self-defense training, the two have since worked to make Park & Roll a reality.

"Initially, I just wanted to learn how to protect the two things women are often trampled over for--our wallets and our 'cats.' I had no idea that the decision to train would alter my entire lifestyle. Jits isn't just about fighting anymore, it's about living." - Tina |
